Japanese, an american or a canadian one!!!! Thanks soo much guys!
Marc

P.S.

Dear Andrew,
Mate, I would like to thank you heaps for all the help and patience you displayed in helping me sell my car. I don't think I've met and done business with somebody with such honesty and high ideals as thoughs you possess. I operate and I do business in the same manner, as I believe that you should treat people the way you wish to be treated. They are attributes that you should be very proud of, as they will take you along way in whatever venture you endeavour to undertake. I would highly recommend Unique Autosports to anyone selling a car as the service I received was second to none! All the best for the future.

Kind Regards,
Paul Birch

Subject: RE: My order

Hi John,

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner about this – but there are a few things I’ve gotta say…

The service from UAS has been magnificent.

I was MOST IMPRESSED with the way it had been packed. Unwrapping it was like opening up a Christmas present with layers and layers of bubble wrap and with everything in its place.

The packing was neat, tight and very well thought through. Obviously whoever packed it knew what they were doing.

The quality of the fibreglass body kit parts I ordered is also excellent – with my local panel shop (who will be painting and fitting the kit) saying to me “Hey…that’s not bad…shouldn’t be too hard to get that looking good.”

And the UAS Master Brake Cylinder Support I ordered is very well made – nice tight TIG welds and as good as (if not better) than the more expensive Cusco option I was looking at.

The time for delivery was also very prompt. I understand that when I sent my order, it was at a very busy time for you guys with end of year stock take etc, and on top of that you still had to source the rear skirts I ordered. But nonetheless, you guys came through and within a very reasonable time frame given the circumstances.

Most places that market part of themselves over the internet are very slack with their customer service…sometimes taking weeks to reply to emails sent in by potential customers, or not even replying at all. Your personal service has been exceptional!!! You have been very helpful with your prompt replies to my emails, answering my questions and keeping me informed through every phase of my transaction.

And even now – following up with me to make sure I got everything….

Thank you very VERY much for your efforts and your emails, and a BIG thank you to the guys at UAS.

Regards,
Noel Fairclough

Subject: J-Spec 2000 Fairlady Z wing

 G' Day, Mon ami MATES!

I've just recieved a VERY NICE package in the post. My Z32 Fairlady Z rear
wing has arrived and it is AWESOME!

 You blokes are Fan-Flippin'-TASTIC!!!
Crikey...and bleedin' FAST too! Arrived JUST IN TIME to make my
appointment
 at the Body-Shop.
This is TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE as our club, the "Heart of America Z Car Club"
is having it's first BIG CRUISE of the season next Sat. ...
...the very NEXT DAY after "My Fairlady" leaves the shop with her new
J-spec
 wing.

This wing is in PRISTINE condition as you did a MARVELOUS job of
packing...took me longer to UNWRAP that it did to SHIP.
I can't possibly imagine ANY difficulties in painting or fitting.

John, I can't thank you enough. You've made me one V-E-R-Y happy punter.

Please convey my most sincere gratitude and appreciation to Ollie and the
rest of the staff involved with this order.

I MOST DEFINATELY plan to purchase a new front bar from "Unique
AutoSports"
now that I have seen how well you do business, and what a great job of
 fabrication. Very nice quality indeed.

John, you say you've never been to MY part of the USA, Kansas. Do you like
NASCAR? We've got a brand new race track here now, and I drove one of
Richard Petty's cars on it last year. Anyway, tell me who your favorite
driver is and I'll hook you up.

 Thanx again...
 Z-U-L-8-R!

Hi John,

I’m Rod Williams – I purchased an R33 UAS bar from you on 12/6/02 and am very happy with it – thank you!

Initially the bar appeared to have not turned up but when I phoned Ollie he was able to tell me very promptly, exactly when it was delivered and, yes, it was there – my people had slipped up.

So, just a word of thanks for your service.

By the way, I tried two bars from .............., unfortunately I didn’t know better – they didn’t look like bending to fit, quite hopeless, have you had any troubles like that with them or was I just unlucky?

Thanks again,

Rod

Subject: Strut Bar

Hi John,
Have just returned from Africa and fitted the Front Strut Bar. I was a little concerned about clearance with my under bonnet mirrors but it does not seem to be a problem. I must say I was impressed with the engineering and finish. Here are a couple of photos you may be able to use.

Thanks…….Dave.

Subject: Dyno Graph

Hi John,

Dyno graph attached as discussed.

The first run with stock dumps and front pipes was done with peak boost of 15 psi.

The run with the UAS dumps was done with peak boost of 13psi.

The dyno was set up EXACTLY the same for each run, it was done in SHOOTOUT MODE both times, so ramp speed etc was the same.

As you can see it picked up a nice fat 20kw through the midrange! The peak power difference was only about 2kw

It would appear as though the operator backed off too soon?

Overall I am very happy with the pipes, and will recommend them to anyone.

I am planning on racing at the FastFours Jamboree at Willowbank, just wondering if you might be interested in some sort of deal, it will probably be the only Zed racing, and should get plenty of publicity, so a few UAS stickers, signs etc would be noticed. Just a thought, let me know.

Regards

Mat Bailey

Subject: THANKS FOR A GREAT DAY

 John,

I wanted to thank you and your staff for your efforts in putting on such
 an
enjoyable and effective day at Oran Park.  It WAS a really great day.  I
would like to offer some constructive observations on the way it was
 organised and the results.

Firstly, Gail and I talked about this and decided that we wouldn't
change
anything in either the format or organisation.  Scrutineering was quick
 and
effective, but also seemed strict and realistic.  No problems there from
our perspective.

The drivers briefing was the same excellent standard that I have seen at
similar activities and emphasised all the right points, to us at least.

The balance of the day, between timed runs and passenger sessions seemed
to
us to be just right.  There were a lot of friends/family, etc. and this
balance made it enjoyable for all.

 Lunch was fine.

Strict control over timings on the day, such as the signal that lunch
was
over and to get back to the track was excellent.  Good organisation.

Having Ian Luff and John there was for us, essential.  We both learned
heaps and this made the day so much more than just a chance to blat
around
 the track.

Hope this helps in giving you some positive feedback from the day.

Well done to you and your staff.  You helped make our day a great day.
Count us and the Zed in for the next one, maybe even the Espada.

Regards,

Alex and Gail Mandl

Hey John, The gearbox oil worked like a dream, before I couldn’t shift into 3rd above 90 without crunching hard, and had trouble with reverse, now she sifts in to 3rd above 130, beautiful, thanks a lot for that.
